I met Alejandro, and we struck up a conversation about life and family. When I asked how the home search was going, he told me more about the process, and I became interested. Mi nombre es Teresita y quiero recomendar a Alejandro como tu agente si quieres comprar o vender tu casa. Yo conocia a la familia de Alejandro y asi fue como lo conoci a el. Comenzamos a platicar y eventualmente me pregunto si rentaba o tenia casa propia, le dije que estaba rentando, me pregunto porque no compraba en vez de estar rentando pagando la casa que nunca seria mia, le dije que no creia que pudiera comprar porque no sabia si calificaria para el prestamo aparte que no tenia mucho dinero para el enganche. El me explico el proceso de compra y la verdad me convencio, comenzamos a trabajar y para mi sorpresa si pude comprar. El me ayudo a comprar mi primer condomino, luego me ayudo a venderlo y finalmente me ayudo a comprar la casa en la que actualmente vivo. Confio mucho en su ayuda y lo recomiendo a toda persona que quiere comprar o vender su propiedad.

When I spoke with him, he asked a few questions about what I was looking for, and once I shared what I needed, he got right to work. He also connected me with a lender and an escrow company.
